Insurtech Consulting

Insurtech needs technologists who speak insurance.

Clinq helps carriers, MGAs, and brokers modernize underwriting and claims technology — led by an operator who has built it before, not a vendor selling it to you for the first time.

The Problem

Silos persist,
even with the
best intentions.

Most insurance organizations want to move faster and build something better. The obstacle isn't talent or ambition — it's that technology and insurance too often operate in separate lanes.

Egos, red tape, and competing priorities quietly pull teams apart even in the middle of a shared initiative. The result is platforms that don't fit the business, builds that stall, and AI investments that don't pay off.

Clinq exists to break that pattern.

Schedule of Services

Advisory · Point Solutions · Build

Advisory

Buy-vs-build guidance and technology assessment, grounded in what has actually been shipped in production — not a framework borrowed from another industry.

Point Solutions

Targeted builds on top of your existing platforms — layered in cleanly, without a wholesale replatform, and without adding a permanent dependency.

Build from the Ground Up

POC to v1.0 engagements — from a standing start to a platform issuing quotes, binding business, and reporting at carrier grade.

About

Ryan Lecha, CEO of Clinq

Ryan Lecha, CEO

Ryan has spent 27 years in technology, the last eight of them in insurtech, including cyber risk analytics roles across leading firms in the space. Before founding Clinq, he was part of the founding team at Converge, a cyber MGA, where he built the core underwriting, producer management, and claims platforms from the ground up.

That experience is proof of what's possible — not a diagnosis of what any client has gotten wrong. Clinq's job is to bring that same leadership, alignment, and technical judgment to the next organization ready to move.
